3. Pricing and Currency

• Currency: All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

• Price Changes: RIXSTO explicitly reserves the right to modify prices for any products or services at any given time without prior notice.

• Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or technical error, RIXSTO retains the absolute right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

4. Order Acceptance, Restrictions, and Cancellations

The receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a binding confirmation of our offer to sell. RIXSTO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, limit, decline, or cancel any order at any point in the fulfillment cycle for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Unavailability of product stock or sudden supplier inventory shortages.

• Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or promotional information.

• Orders identified by our internal fraud-detection systems as high-risk, suspicious, or indicative of unauthorized transaction activity.

Note: If your order is cancelled after your payment gateway has been charged, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

5. Payment Policy, Gateway Failures, and Security

• Accepted Methods: RIXSTO processes payments utilizing secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other authorized modes supported by our checkout providers.

• Data Privacy: RIXSTO does not store, log, or maintain customer credit/debit card numbers or sensitive financial authentication data on our servers.

• Payment Failures: If a payment attempt fails or times out, but funds are successfully deducted from your bank account or wallet, the transaction is handled by the third-party payment gateway. The deducted amount will be automatically reversed and credited back to your account by your financial institution in accordance with standard banking settlement timelines. Customers must contact their respective bank or payment provider directly for updates regarding stuck funds.

6. Order Cancellation Policy by Customer

We pride ourselves on rapid order processing to ensure swift delivery timelines. Therefore:

• Customers may request an order cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped by our fulfillment center.

• If the order has not entered the processing phase, the cancellation request may be approved, and a refund will be issued.

• Once an item has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to our courier partners, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In such scenarios, customers must refer to the standard Return & Refund Policy upon physical receipt of the package.

• RIXSTO reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order suspected of payment abuse, bulk commercial resale behavior without authorization, or fraudulent tracking histories.

7. Product Disclaimer and Third-Party Supplier Sourcing

• Supplier Network: RIXSTO operates as a curated commerce platform sourcing products from various independent suppliers, manufacturers, and partners.

• Direct Shipping: Certain orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from partner supplier warehouses. Consequently, exterior shipping packaging, labels, or box branding may differ from standard RIXSTO-branded packages.

• Liability Cap: Customers assume full personal responsibility for reading instructions and using all products safely and according to their intended purpose. RIXSTO is not liable for physical injuries, material damages, or product failures caused by improper handling, modification, or negligent use.

8. Chargeback Prevention, Disputes, and Fraud Protection

• Support First: A chargeback occurs when a buyer disputes a transaction directly with their credit card company or banking institution without consulting the merchant. Customers are highly encouraged to contact RIXSTO support first to resolve issues swiftly.

• Contesting Claims: RIXSTO vigorously contests fraudulent chargebacks. We reserve the right to submit robust evidence to clear networks and banks, including but not limited to: digital order logs, IP addresses, payment confirmations, courier tracking histories, signed proof-of-delivery receipts, and customer service communication records.

• Payment Abuse: Initiating a dispute or chargeback after successfully receiving an order, falsely claiming non-receipt, or reporting authorized charges as unauthorized constitutes payment fraud. RIXSTO reserves the right to blacklist offending accounts, restrict future access, and report fraudulent activity to credit agencies or relevant legal bodies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this website—including text, graphics, custom logos, button icons, images, data compilations, page layouts, and software—is the exclusive property of RIXSTO or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. • Zero Consumer Premium: Buying products through a tracked or affiliate link on our platform incurs absolutely no additional costs, markups, or hidden fees for you as a consumer.

• Third-Party Liability Cap: RIXSTO deploys secure internal tracking frameworks to evaluate general performance data. However, the moment you exit the RIXSTO domain, your browsing, purchasing, data privacy, and customer support relations are managed entirely under the terms of the destination platform. Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
