Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
Delivery delays may occur due to:

Once a refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Policy Abuse
RIXSTO reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent or violate the return policy.
Customers who repeatedly abuse refund systems may be restricted from future purchases.
