Customers may pay using:

• Net Banking

• Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems. RIXSTO does not store customer card details.

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but money is deducted from the customer’s account, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the amount according to banking timelines.
