Order Cancellation Policy

At RIXSTO, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, order cancellations are only possible under certain conditions.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been processed, the cancellation request may be approved and the full amount refunded.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers must follow the Refund & Return Policy if they believe the product is defective.
Fraud Prevention
RIXSTO reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:

suspicious order patterns
Customers will be notified if such cancellations occur.
