RIXSTO reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks through the payment gateway and relevant financial institutions.
5. Proof Requirement for Product Issues

customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package and product condition.
Claims without proper proof may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
6. Abuse of Policies
RIXSTO reserves the right to refuse service or restrict future purchases for customers who:

7. Payment Security
All transactions on the RIXSTO website are processed through secure payment gateways. RIXSTO does not store customer card or banking details.
8. Resolution Process
If a payment dispute is filed, the matter will be reviewed by the payment gateway and banking institutions involved.
The final decision will be based on the evidence provided by both the customer and the merchant.
